STOP it!

By throwing garbage in here doesn’t mean your cleaning up. Actually you’re polluting.

Stop it! Garbage sign Please stop buying garbage, the companies that make the garbage don’t take responsibility for it. So if we, the people keep on buying trash, they will keep on selling trash.

And the government? Be honest, does ‘your’ government clean up? Is garbage being cleaned, when ‘they’ burn it and pollute our air. Is garbage being cleaned when ‘they’ dig holes and bury it, make hills, cover it and pollute the ground, the water. Wake up. THEY dump our garbage, your garbage, on the earth, in third world countries, in the oceans. Forgive me for telling this. You, throwing garbage in the bin, nothing is getting cleaner. Take responsibility, especially for your waste. Be good.

I didn’t know much of this man but now I see his importance.

Mahatma Gandhi: ” I’m simply going to prove……that the only devils in the world are the ones running around in our own hearts.”

And as we continue to look outwards for peace and understanding we will never find what we search for. First we must not deny anymore that there are these devils in our hearts because only then we can erase them from our hearts and start the search for peace. Peace that is reflected in ourselves, reflecting in our own actions, not the actions of others.

When we get angry, when we judge. Go one step back and (we have to think) First I love… In that love, if you still want to scream or judge do it with love.

Saw a small oddly placed ‘house’ in a play garden. On top, a letter explaining it’s a shelter for left behind toys! Really every play garden should have such a one!!

Make a difference in your own life and that of others

(especially between 19.00- 22.00)

There is a lot of work to be done for humanity on this earth. In our communities and within ourself. Please, value your time. Spent it wise.

(A person works, usually a job that doesn’t develop the sense of self, then comes home does all the things that ‘need’ to be done, eats, drinks a glass of wine or beer, turns on the television on ‘bad news’ and entertainment. Especially that television moment in a person his day could be dedicated to the self. I see that people don’t realize that working on the self releases a big amount of energy.)

Being in Holland for two weeks and having to clean poo of the kids shoes every second time we go out, I decided to hang these signs around the neighborhood.

Be clear the beginning

Inspired, I woke up one morning and painted on the door a sign that made everything clear. Please no alcohol in our house. Change took place, subtle but evident.

Visiting Nida Art Colony a few months later I understood that there is no question anymore in peoples brain about the use of alcohol. It is normal to drink and get drunk. With this blog and hopefully also the input of other peoples ‘signs’ I wish to communicate that a clear body and mind is ‘OK’.
